Appliance installation
Professional appliance install with local support.
Our crew connects your new unit to existing utilities, levels it, and runs a quick test—so you are not guessing about leaks, venting, or wobble after we leave.
Included with every install
Water connections
Dishwashers, refrigerators with ice makers, and washers—when shut-off valves and lines are in good shape and compatible.
Gas hook-ups
Ranges and dryers with existing gas lines that meet local code. We test for leaks and proper ignition before leaving.
Electric setup
Leveling, anti-tip brackets where required, and plugging in to existing outlets or dedicated circuits already in place.
Final checks
Short test cycle or heat check so you know the unit runs. We point out anything that needs a specialist follow-up.
What 60 installation includes
Each appliance install is 60 when booked with delivery. That covers standard hook-up to existing utilities, leveling, and a basic operational test—not custom carpentry, new wiring, or plumbing rough-in.
If your home needs new valves, gas lines, or electrical work, we will tell you before we start so you can line up the right trade.
By appliance type
- Refrigerators: placement, leveling, water line for ice makers when a compatible valve exists.
- Washers & dryers: connect hoses, level, test spin or heat; gas dryers need an existing gas supply.
- Ranges: anti-tip bracket, gas or electric connection to existing outlet or line.
- Dishwashers: drain, supply, and mount when opening and utilities are ready.
Before we arrive
- Clear a path from the entry door to the install location.
- Have the old unit empty and unplugged if we are hauling it away.
- Make sure an adult is home to approve placement and sign off on the work.
- Tell us about pets, parking limits, or HOA rules that affect access.
Haul-away with install
Removing your old unit during the same visit is 50 per appliance. We disconnect, move it out, and take it for recycling—so install day does not leave you with two machines in the kitchen.
Book delivery and install together
Most customers add installation when they schedule delivery—we quote the full job up front.
