What we offer
Door-to-room delivery
We carry units in with proper equipment, protect floors and doorways, and place the appliance where you need it—not just the garage.
Hook-up and testing
Water, electric, and gas connections are completed when your home is already set up for the appliance. We run a quick functional check before we leave.
Old unit removal
Optional haul-away for the appliance you are replacing. We disconnect, remove, and take it so you are not stuck with disposal.

GNI is a local Cleveland-area crew—not a national call center. You talk to the people who will show up at your door across Greater Cleveland, Ohio. That keeps scheduling flexible and pricing straightforward.
We built the service around what homeowners actually need after buying an appliance: get it home safely, set it up correctly, and optionally remove the old one in the same visit.
What to expect on delivery day
- A two-person team arrives in a window we confirm by phone or text.
- We verify model, location in the home, and hookups before moving the unit.
- Installation and haul-away are done in the same trip when you booked them.
- You get a walkthrough of basic operation before we head out.
