We deliver and install appliances throughout the Greater Cleveland, Ohio—including Cleveland, Cleveland Heights, Lakewood, Parma, Strongsville, and nearby communities. Share pickup and delivery addresses (or both ZIP codes) and we will confirm coverage, trip mileage, and the soonest available window. Farther trips may be possible when the schedule allows.

How does pricing work?

Delivery is $70 for the first 20 miles from pickup to delivery, then $2 per mile after that (one delivery fee per stop). Installation is $60 per appliance. Haul-away of an old unit is $50 per appliance when you want it. Use the quote calculator on our site or call—we will total everything for your trip before you book.

How soon can I schedule service?

Same-day and next-day appointments are common when routes have room. Call or text with your model, address, and whether you need install or haul-away—the earlier we hear from you, the more options you have.

Do you install all appliance types?

Accepted Answer

We handle most household units: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and many over-the-range microwaves. We confirm hookups (water, gas, electric) when you book. Built-in renovations, new gas lines, or electrical panel work are outside our scope.

Do you haul away old appliances?

Accepted Answer

Yes—$50 per old unit when scheduled with your delivery. We disconnect, remove, and take it for recycling. Empty the appliance and unplug it before we arrive so the swap goes quickly.

Can I get delivery without installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose delivery only if you will hook it up yourself. We still bring the appliance inside to the room you specify. Installation and haul-away are optional add-ons per unit.

What should I have ready before you arrive?

Your address, appliance type, and a clear path from the door to the install spot. If we are installing, existing utilities should be in working order. For haul-away, empty and unplug the old unit. An adult should be home to approve placement.

Do you handle stairs or tight spaces?

Usually, yes—tell us about stairs, narrow halls, or tight turns when you book so we bring the right crew and equipment. Unusual situations (crane lifts, window entries, etc.) need to be discussed in advance and may affect pricing.

Can you deliver multiple appliances in one trip?

Yes. You pay one delivery fee for the stop, plus installation and haul-away per appliance when selected. Mention every unit when you call so we allocate enough time on the route.

What if the appliance does not fit?

Accepted Answer

We measure doorways and paths as we move the unit. If it cannot fit safely, we will stop before damaging your home or the appliance. In that case, work with your retailer on returns—delivery fees may still apply for the attempt.

We will confirm accepted payment methods when you book. Have payment ready at the end of the job unless we arranged something different in advance.
